The Bunny Class (Ages 3-12 Months) Nurturing the Youngest Minds

Welcome to The Bunny Class, our dedicated space for children aged 3 to 12 months. Under the care of our qualified ECD teacher, Jane, and assistant Norah, we prioritise the happiness, well-being, and development of your little ones. With a maximum of six children, our focus is on sensory, motor, and language skill development through age-appropriate activities. Outdoor time with older children aids in social skill development, and continuous conversations with the babies foster early language and first-word development.

The Butterfly Class (Ages 1-2 Years) Learning Through Play and Milestone Achievement

The Butterfly Class caters to children aged 1 to 2 years, emphasising learning through play. Through art and physical activities, children reach milestones in physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language development. From walking and running to empathy and cognitive abilities, by the end of the year, your child will have achieved significant developmental milestones.

The Teddy Class (Ages 2-3 Years) Building on Foundations with Creative Play

In The Teddy Class, children aged 2 to 3 years build on foundational skills acquired in previous classes. Creative play, tactile art lessons, and outdoor activities enhance skills such as ball kicking, imaginative play, and emotional management. We focus on penmanship skills and outdoor play to improve balance and coordination, setting the stage for future educational success.

The Squirrel Class (Ages 3-4) Confidence, Routine, and Cognitive Development

As children enter The Squirrel Class, aged 3 to 4 years, they become familiar with school routines and rules. The emphasis is on developing confidence in speaking, understanding emotions, and building cognitive skills. Daily activities include listening time, numeral and shape recognition, perception games, and strengthening exercises crucial for writing skills.

The Busy Bee Class (Grade RR) Preparing for Primary School

Housed in the oldest building, The Busy Bee Class (Grade RR) focuses on preparing children for primary school. Numeracy skills, name and surname recognition, and gross and fine motor skills are honed through a variety of activities. This class serves as an age of wonder and exploration, with a foundation laid for further learning through play, art, and movement.

The Lion Class (Grade R - 5-6 Year Olds) Foundation for Future Success

The Lion Class marks the start of formal education for 5 to 6-year-olds, laying the foundation for a successful school career. The focus is on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a relaxed, playful learning environment. Our goal is to ensure school readiness and foster a love for learning that extends beyond the preschool years.
